Do you dry brush?
Do you dry brush? It caught my attention this year because of the associated suggestion to "brush toward the heart." That sounded interesting to me 🤔
My friends recently gave me this brush for my birthday earlier this month after recommending I try it for a while. It's hailed for its energy and cellulite-reducing benefits, but I'm more interested in what I've heard it can do for the lymphatic system, which plays a vital role in the body's immune system. Dry brushing stimulates the lymph nodes, which helps the body detox naturally.
So far it's been great for exfoliation, but other benefits of brushing include better circulation, cleaner and smaller pores, and even improved digestion. I'm going to keep doing it and see what kinds of benefits I can tap into.
Either way, it looks beautiful on my shelf 😝 And I can't complain about the softer skin!
