Are you looking to commit to your health and fitness goals, but you aren't sure where to start? I have good news. It doesn't take twice-daily trips to the gym or hours of cardio to see the results you want. As a NASM-certified personal trainer, I design individualized training programs for clients with goals and needs all across the board. Using NASM's optimum performance training model, I will design a program just for you to increase stability, strength, and power.

Already using a program you love but need a little extra motivation? I also offer coaching services that provide you with access to me for any questions, form and modification help, and accountability check-ins.

There's more to health than working out. I like to view exercise as just one piece of the puzzle. Exercise works together with the other pieces to create fulfillment in your life. These parts of life are interconnected and interdependent, working together to create a thriving mind, body, and soul.

I know that exercise is just a small part of your day — maybe 30 to 60 minutes at most. All of my packages include weekly check-ins, during which I am happy to help you discover just how exercise fits in your wellness puzzle and answer any questions you might have. I am here to support, guide, and motivate you into uncovering the fullness of who you are.

Online Personal Training

For clients looking for a personalized workout program to help reach their long-term health and fitness goals

Everything included in online coaching plus:

  • 6 or 12 weeks of individualized, assessment-based workouts including 2–4 resistance workouts and 1–2 cardio workouts differing each week
  • Designed based on your goals and time
  • All workouts can be done from home with dumbbells
  • Reassessments at checkpoints throughout the program

"Basic nutrition guidance" involves general nutrition help within my scope of practice as a certified personal trainer and does not include specific meal plans or assistance with dietary needs for allergies, food intolerances, and medical issues.
