EVERY PART OF YOU IS WELCOME HERE.

Therapy that meets you where you are, with a therapist who gets you.

AREAS OF FOCUS

Maybe you’re in the middle of a big transition, questioning a relationship or career, struggling with the pressure to have it all figured out, or simply realizing that the way you’ve been doing things isn’t working anymore.

Therapy can be a place to get curious about who you are, what you want, and the patterns that may be keeping you stuck.

These are some of the areas I most often explore with clients.

MY APPROACH

Therapy, for you

PERSONALIZED

My approach is integrative, meaning I pull from different therapeutic modalities to meet you where you are and support your unique needs and goals. Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all, and together we’ll explore what feels most supportive and impactful for you. You can read more about my style and areas of specialization here.

RELATIONAL

I’m a relational therapist, which means I’m interested in how your experiences with other people have shaped the way you understand yourself and navigate relationships today. Together, we’ll notice the patterns that keep showing up — including the ones that may come up between us — and use them to understand where they came from and whether they’re still serving you.

INCLUSIVE & AFFIRMING

Regardless of who you are or how you identify, you belong here. I’m committed to actively confronting discrimination, stigma, and oppressive structures in therapy and beyond, while examining my own biases to ensure my work promotes healing rather than harm. I’m committed to providing a space that is intentionally: culturally responsive, anti-racist, gender-inclusive, queer-affirming, sex/kink-affirming, neurodiversity-affirming, and inclusive of all body sizes and abilities.

READY TO GET STARTED?

Finding the right therapist matters. If you’re interested in working together or want to see if we might be a good fit, the first step is a free 15-minute consultation.

We’ll spend a few minutes talking about what brings you to therapy and what you’re looking for. You’ll also have a chance to ask questions, learn more about how I work, and get a sense of whether working together feels right for you.
